&lt;li class="MsoNormal" style="color: black; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;To avoid being      overweight and to exercise in order to build good muscle tone&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal" style="color: black; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;Develop regular      sleep patterns&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal" style="color: black; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;Sleep with your      head tilted at least 4 inches higher than the rest of your body.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal" style="color: black; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;Sleep on your side&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal" style="color: black; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;Avoid eating heavy      or snacking at least 3 hours before retiring and avoid alcohol at least 4      hours before bedtime.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal" style="color: black; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;Avoid tranquilizers      or sedatives and antihistamines before going to sleep.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;
